Privacy

The short version: we hold very little, and we don't sell any of it.

What we store

• Your username and email address.
• A cryptographic hash of your password — never the password itself.
• The bots you build and their settings.
• Your trade history: orders placed, deals opened and closed, and results.
• For live trading, your exchange API key, held on the machine that runs your bots. Trade-only keys — they cannot withdraw.

What we don't store

No card details — payments are handled by our payment provider and card numbers never reach us. No name, address or phone number. No tracking or advertising cookies. The only cookie we set keeps you logged in.

What we do with it

Run your bots, show you your results, bill you, and email you about your account or a problem with the service. That's all. We don't sell or share your data, and we don't email you marketing you didn't ask for.

Deleting it

Ask us at support@dcabotbuilder.com and we'll delete your account and its data. Remove your API key at the exchange too — that's yours to revoke and takes effect immediately.

Where it lives

On servers we rent in the United States and Australia, reachable only over an encrypted connection.
