No card details: the service is free today and we have no payment provider connected, so no card number has ever reached us. If we start charging, cards will be handled by a payment provider and still will not reach us. No postal address or phone number. No tracking or advertising cookies. The only cookie we set keeps you logged in.
Run your bots, show you your results, and email you about your account or a problem with the service — and bill you, if we ever start charging. That's all. We don't sell or share your data, and we don't email you marketing you didn't ask for.
Ask us at support@dcabotbuilder.com and we'll delete your account and its data. Remove your API key at the exchange too — that's yours to revoke and takes effect immediately.
On servers we rent in the United States and Australia, reachable only over an encrypted connection.
